Applications are invited from qualified and highly motivated candidates (both male and female) having domicile of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa including Merged Districts for the following position on contract basis initially for a period of three years.  Terms and conditions mentioned below apply.

  • Medical/Dental graduate with higher degree in Health Management/ Public Health or Equivalent from an HEC recognized or reputed foreign university. Certification with a healthcare service accreditation/certification body will be an added advantage.
  • Twelve (12) years of progressive experience on management positions in Public/Private sectors with adequate knowhow of laws, rules, regulations and procedures pertaining to health care establishments and registration & licensing. Preference will be given to candidates who can provide experience of Planning, Development, Standardization, Accreditation and Regulation of Health Institutions. Excellent Computer skills are required.
2 Director, Complaints/ Legal Up to 57 years 01
  • Law degree from a recognized National or International institution. LLM would be an added advantage. Admitted to practice law in Pakistan. High court license would be an added advantage.
  • At least twelve (12) years of progressive experience either in house or as legal counsel representing plans before various fora; and advising clients on legal matters. In-depth knowledge of disciplinary proceeding, complaints and inquiries. Prior experience of having worked in the health care sector will be highly preferred. Excellent correspondence skills

TERMS AND CONDITIONS.

  1.   2. Only shortlisted candidates will be called for interview; however, No TA/DA will be admissible for interviews.
  3. Persons already in service should apply through proper channel and should either attach the NOC to their applications or produce it at the time of interview.
  4. Candidates applying for more than one post shall submit separate applications in separate envelops clearly mentioning name of the post on the top right corner of the envelop.
  5. Appointments will be purely on contract basis, which can be extended on the basis of performance/need, as per the KP HCC Policy.
  6. Attractive marked based salary will be offered to successful candidates.
  7. Age relaxation would be admissible as per applicable Government policy.
  8. Internal candidates who served KPHCC for a minimum period of 1 year will be given preference.
