Anti-Quackery

The KP Healthcare Commission is pursuing the ban on quackery in two ways: first, by excluding quacks through the registration and licensing of qualified professionals; and second, by implementing a responsive and evenhanded Complaints Management System that ensures that unqualified/unregistered practitioners and unlawful establishments are brought to justice.

The Commission has created a thorough Anti-Quackery Strategy that includes a detailed action plan with defined roles and responsibilities assigned to interested stakeholders, as well as a clear road map for the eradication of quackery.

Anti-Quackery Campaign

The KP Healthcare Commission has initiated an anti-quackery drive to identify and apprehend quacks who are endangering the health and safety of vulnerable people. In this context, advertising in important newspapers have been published encouraging medical professionals and the general public to provide information about unqualified practitioners who are deceiving patients and spreading deadly diseases.
