Licensing Fee for Health Care Establishements
License shall be valid for a period of three year. The following license fee shall be applicable for grant of license. Moreover, the same amount shall be paid by the Health Care Establishment for subsequent renewals after every three years. Fee shall be deposited in the designated bank account of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Health Care Commission and cash payment is not allowed.
