Subject: Clarifications to Queries Raised in the Pre-Bid Meeting held on 09-03-2026

In response to your queries in the pre-bid meeting held on 09/03/2026, the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Health Care Commission has to respond as follows:
- Data of employees and dependents(Categorization: A=CPS 1& 2 B= CPS 3, 4 & 5, C= all the remaining employees below CPS 5)
- OPD Limit:The OPD limit is Rs. 10,000/- per Year per Family.
- Rooms Limit: We have categorized the employees and inpatient services as Private, Semi-private, and General Ward. You should consider the room and wards rates charged by Rehman Medical Institute (RMI) Peshawar as threshold for calculation of premium.
- Hospitalization Limit: Yes, Hospitalization limit is same for all employees
- Mode of Delivery of Sealed Technical and Financial Proposals:
Submission of bids in hard form was erroneously mentioned in the bidding document. All bids (duly complete) should be uploaded on EPADS.
