Two-day Training for Trainers on Minimum Service Delivery Standards (MSDS)

Directorate of Quality, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Health Care Commission Conducted a two-day training for trainers on MSDS.
Directorate of Quality, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Health Care Commission has successfully completed an intensive two-day training program for the newly inducted trainers who will be imparting training on the Minimum Service Delivery Standards (MSDS) for the KP Health Care Commission. The training was held on the 1st and 2nd August 2023 which aimed at equipping the newly inducted trainers with the necessary knowledge and skills required to train staff of healthcare establishments of the province.
The implementation of Minimum Service Delivery Standards (MSDS) has become a mandatory requirement for obtaining the KP HCC License. With a firm commitment to providing high-quality healthcare services across the province, the training program has been meticulously designed to impart in-depth understanding and practical insights into MSDS.
Dr. Uzma Syed, the Deputy Director Quality, emphasized the significance of training and the crucial role of trainers in ensuring the successful implementation of MSDS for the betterment of the public at large. She underscored the importance of adhering to these standards to enhance the overall healthcare service delivery and uplift of the healthcare infrastructure in the region.
