Directorate of Operations

The Directorate of Operations is one of the five directorates of the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Health Care Commission and it is providing vital support to the technical directorates to carry out their functions of improvement of quality of healthcare and patient safety. This directorate is led by the Director Operations and following are its key responsibilities: Human resources management, including workforce planning, hiring, orientation and induction of staff, training and capacity building; monthly pay roll development; procurement and supply chain management; fleet management for routine operations and special field campaigns; security of the headquarters and regional offices; information Technology, surveillance and management information system.
