3 Days Workshop on Requirement Gathering for ERP Solutions

A Significant Milestone in Digitization by The Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Health Care Commission

The Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Health Care Commission (KP HCC) has successfully completed the first phase of requirement gathering for its ERP solution. Sponsored by USAID through the Building Healthy Families (BHF) program, this initiative aims to develop a comprehensive ERP system encompassing all five directorates of the KP HCC.

The requirement gathering workshop took place at Barricks by Shelton Rizdor in Peshawar from July 3-5, 2024. Staff from the Directorates of Licensing, Legal, Operations, and Finance participated in the sessions, which proved to be highly productive in all aspects.

The Commission expressed its appreciation for BHF’s commitment and support in achieving this milestone. This progress marks a significant step towards enhancing the efficiency and effectiveness of health care services in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa
