Directorate of Finance

The Directorate of Finance is one of the five directorates of the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Health Care Commission. It ensures the adequate and timely provision of funds for the operations of the Commission. This directorate prepares the annual budget and develops various financial reports on monthly quarterly and annual basis. Financial foecasting plays a critical role in the organisational development and this office is providing this support to the Commission. Another vital role of the directorate is to ensure the Commission pays its debtors and suppliers on time. The directorate also coordinates the monitoring of income and expenditures. An essential task of the finance department is managing daily financial decisions with long-term Commission objectives. The Directorate of Finance provides timely, accurate, clear and complete financial information to enhance decision making and support best practices to improve financial management across the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Health Care Commission. It also ensures to use the available resources to get the best possible outcomes for both internal & external stakeholders.
