Three-day Training on Minimum Service Delivery Standards (MSDS) for Category I, II A & II B HCEs
Directorate of Quality, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Health Care Commission Conducted a three-day training on MSDS.
The Directorate of Quality, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Health Care Commission has successfully concluded a three-day training program on Minimum Service Delivery Standards (MSDS) for Category I, II A, and II B Health Care Establishments (HCEs) 22nd August to 24th August 2023. Training program was held at the Khyber Institute of Child Health (KICH) in Hayatabad, Peshawar. Participants from 05 districts, namely Abbottabad, Mansehra, Swabi, Mardan, and Kohat of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa attended the sessions.
The training commenced with recitation of verses from the Holy Quran. The Deputy Director of Quality opened the sessions with a brief introduction to the KP-HCC and the vital importance of adhering to the Minimum Service Delivery Standards.
A total of 24 dedicated participants, including doctors, managers, clinicians, and pharmacists, actively engaged in the training. The training sessions covered all the functional areas of MSDS of the respective hospitals.
